What is Rho Delta Chi?

Rho Delta Chi was established on January 17, 1991 as the first Asian American sorority at the University of California, Riverside. In 1995, Rho Delta Chi was established as the first Asian interest sorority on A&M's campus. We were formed to increase Asian awareness, provide services in the best interest of the community, and unite women of different backgrounds through sisterhood. We have 6 chapters a 1 colony throughout California and Texas. Our 4 Pillars, Service, Scholastics, Sisterhood, and Social, have provided us a great foundation where a loving and strong sisterhood grew into the amazing organization that it is today!

What is a P-sis?

A P-sis is someone who will cross into Rho the same time you do. They are someone that you can always trust and someone that will always be there for you. They are your biggest supporters and have your back no matter what. Your P-sis' are some of the people that you will get closest to in your time in Rho!

What is a P-mom?

A P-mom is someone who helps the new class integrate into active house! Your P-mom will support you while overseeing the process. She shows you unconditional love and is there whenever you need her. Your P-mom is one of your greatest mentors and will set an example of what being a sister means. She will make Rho your home away from home!

What is a Big?

Your big is your big sister in the sorority. She is someone you can look up to, gives you advice, and becomes one of your best friends! She also helps you adjust to life on campus and guides you through the sorority. You guys will make so many amazing memories, go on fun road trips, and have unforgettable adventures! Being a big is one of the most rewarding parts about being in a sorority. The big/lil relationship you guys will build will be something that lasts for years and will be something you cherish forever.

What is a Little?

As a new member, you'll get paired with another sister who will be a big sister figure/mentor to you in any aspect from your college experience, the sisterhood, or life in general. Being a little is a wonderful privilege that Greek life has to offer!

What is a line?

A line is a family that you join after crossing. This includes your Big, GBig, 2G, and more! They will be your best advocates and support you always! It is a lineage of people who are connected to the same family line. You will have 3 specific lines through your 3 bigs (Rho, BTO, Chi Psi). You can add to your line by picking up your own littles! Your line will always be there for you through thick and thin and guide you with endless advice!
